Door County

So I got a bag of potato chips the other day (those fancy shmancy kettle cooked thingees) and they had the history of the chip company on the back. They were from Door county Wisconsin - it sounded pretty nice - so well... I'm going there this weekend haha...
I wonder what else I'd do on the advice of a chip bag ;)

Door County is a great place to hang out. However I wouldn't plan my trip on a chip bag. I would start in Sturgeon Bay, check out downtown and the Michigan Street Bridge.

Then hit the Door Peninsula Winery just north of Sturgeon Bay, by about 10 miles. Just don't sample too much and drive.

I you are going to do a fish boil try the White Gull Inn in Fish Creek, you may need a reservation.

Just a few recommendations.

more like DORK county! Mini road trips are always fun though. Try not to get arrested.

hahah.. I find it funny that someone from door county monitors blogs for links to their site and then posts on it.
